When you are 16 in British Columbia, you can obtain your L. Because they are aware of how dangerous it can be if they don’t take extra care while their abilities are still maturing into those of an adult, some people choose to wait a little longer to start driving on the road in order to become more knowledgeable about safe driving practices.
